At Dutch Groceries Since 1953, we take pride in our heritage and quality; if your authentic Dutch treats do not meet your expectations, you may return non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; please note that perishable goods are exempt from returns.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
